Adverse Medical Incidents; cites act as "Patients' Right-to-Know About Adverse Medical Incidents Act"; specifies patients' right of access to records re said incident; prohibits disclosure of identity of certain patients; provides for maintaining privacy restrictions imposed by federal law; provides restrictions upon use of records; provides for ID & production of records; provides for fees charged for copies of records, etc. Creates 381.028.
