CS/CS/HB 1249: Apalachicola Bay/Mgmt. & Restoration
GENERAL BILL by Kendrick ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Needelman
Apalachicola Bay/Mgmt. & Restoration; increases distribution of certain revenues from excise tax on documents; authorizes distribution of such revenues to General Inspection Trust Fund of DOACS; provides for such funds to be used for oyster management & restoration programs in Apalachicola Bay & other areas; abolishes surcharge upon oysters harvested from said bay; prohibits DOR from collecting uncollected moneys payable from surcharge, etc. Amends 201.15, 370.07, 213.05.
Effective Date: 06/12/2006 except as otherwise provided
