Firefighter/Municipal Police Pension; revises definition of "firefighter"; provides for terms of service for board of trustees of firefighters' pension & police officers' retirement trust fund to be revised under certain circumstances; requires said board to perform its powers subject to certain fiduciary standards & ethics provisions; revises percentage of assets of said trust fund that said board may invest in foreign securities, etc. Amends 175.032,.061,.071, 185.05,.06.
