Petroleum & Natural Gas/Production; directs DEP to contract for study of exposure risks & potential adverse effects of hurricane wind & storm surge on field-erected aboveground storage tank systems at bulk product facilities; provides appropriation from Inland Protection Trust Fund for cost of study; directs dept. to compile & review existing data & information re environmental risks associated with oil & natural gas exploration & production in eastern Gulf of Mexico, etc.
