SB 2318: Negligence/Business Establishment

GENERAL BILL by Baker

Negligence/Business Establishment; provides that if person slips & falls on transitory foreign substance in business establishment, injured person must prove that said establishment had knowledge of condition in that condition existed for sufficient time for said establishment to have taken action to remedy condition; provides that constructive knowledge may be proven by circumstantial evidence, etc. Creates 768.0755; repeals 768.0710.
