Motor Vehicle Crash Reports/OGSR; amends provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for required said reports that reveal identity, home or employment telephone number, or home or employment address of, or other personal information concerning, parties involved in motor vehicle crash & that are held by any agency that regularly receives or prepares information from or concerning parties to motor vehicle crashes, etc. Amends 316.066, 324.051, 921.0022.
