Tax or Fee Limitations; constitutional amendment re state tax or fee limitations, to specify application to imposition of new state taxes or fees or increases in existing state taxes or fees that would produce revenues to state government & to include limitation on any amendment or revision to the State Constitution that would result in significant additional spending by state government. Amends s. 7, Art. XI.
