Financial Literacy Council; creates said council; provides purposes; provides for membership; provides for reimbursement for per diem & travel expenses; provides for meetings, procedures & records; provides powers & duties of council; requires that any funds received by council be deposited in Department of Financial Services Administrative Trust Fund; requires annual reports to Governor & Legislature; provides contingent appropriation; provides for construction, etc. APPROPRIATION: $50,000.
