Affordable Housing/Ad Valorem Taxation [RPCC]; defines term "community land trust"; provides criteria by which property appraiser must assess just value of improvements on certain lands that community land trust uses to provide affordable housing; provides for exemption from property tax for affordable housing to apply to certain lands used by community land trust for affordable housing if lands are subject to long-term lease. Creates 193.018; amends 196.1978.
