Termination of Parental Rights/Adoption/Paternity [SPCC]; Revises various provisions of the Florida Adoption Act. Requires a petition for adoption for a dependent child to be accompanied by a statement signed by the prospective adoptive parents acknowledging receipt of all information required to be disclosed. Provides for service of process by publication for termination of parental rights under the Florida Adoption Act, etc.
