SB 1172: Public School Utilization [SPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Wise

Public School Utilization [SPCC]; Establishes the Increased Utilization Program, beginning with the 2008-2009 fiscal year. Provides a formula that any eligible school that increases its FTE facility capacity by at least 20 percent as a result of using an alternative, nontraditional calendar shall receive up to a maximum of $250 per each FTE generated within the school, etc.
