Alzheimer's Disease [SPCC]; Directs the Department of Elderly Affairs (DOEA) to develop and implement a public education program relating to screening for memory impairment and the importance of early diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer's disease and related disorders. Provides criteria for awarding grants to entities to support the development, expansion, or operation of programs, etc.
