SB 2312: St. Johns River License Plates [EPCC]

GENERAL BILL by King ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Wise ; Hill

St. Johns River License Plates [EPCC]; Creates the St. Johns River license plate. Provides that the license plates must bear the colors and design approved by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles with the word "Florida" at the top and the words "The St. Johns River" at the bottom of the plate. Provides that the license plate annual use fees shall be distributed to the St. Johns River Alliance, Inc., a nonprofit organization, which shall administer the fees, etc.
