GENERAL BILL by Constantine
Postsecondary Tuition Rates [SPCC]; Requires that freshmen entering a postsecondary institution after a specified date who exceed 150 percent of the number of credit hours required to receive a degree must pay an increase of 50 percent per credit hour above the normal in-state tuition rate. Requires the Department of Education to develop a performance-based methodology for community colleges to help students meet their academic goals, etc.
