Congenital Craniofacial Anomalies; Requires AHCA, in consultation with OIR, to conduct study evaluating medical necessity, costs, & efficacy of mandating coverage by health insurers & HMOs for cranial-skull-molding orthotics & other therapies used to treat deformational or positional plagiocephaly. APPROPRIATION: $25,000.
