Concurrent Custody of a Minor Child; Authorizes extended family member to bring proceeding in court to determine concurrent custody of minor child; specifies information that must be included in petition for concurrent custody by family member; authorizes court to redirect child support payments to that family member; requires that, if possible, court order payment of arrearages, etc.
