CS/CS/SB 970: Slot Machine Revenues/Tax Rate
GENERAL BILL by Finance and Tax ; Regulated Industries ; Geller
Slot Machine Revenues/Tax Rate; Revises the tax rate on slot machine revenues at pari-mutuel facilities. Requires certain licensees to pay a pro rata share of the shortfall in taxes paid on slot machine tax revenues under certain conditions. Provides a tax rate on certain Class III gaming on Indian reservations if certain circumstances are met. Provides a tax rate on video lottery terminals, electronic gaming, Class II or Class III gaming at said facilities, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
