Termination of a Rental Agreement at Foreclosure; Prohibits landlord from terminating rental agreement without specified period of prior notice; requires landlord to notify each tenant that foreclosure proceedings have been initiated against premises of which tenant's dwelling unit is part; requires written notice to include specified information; authorizes tenant to terminate rental agreement; requires tenant to pay rent so long as tenant remains in dwelling unit, etc.
