GENERAL BILL by Commerce ; Commerce
Baseball Spring Training Facilities [CPSC]; Amends provisions relating to the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development and the distribution of certain tax proceeds. Deletes provisions relating to funding facilities for spring training franchises. Authorizes certain units of local government to apply for certification to receive funds for a facility for a spring training franchise. Provides criteria to competitively evaluate applications for certification, etc.
