Pharmaceutical Take-Back Program Pilot Project; Provides that manufacturer of drug may not sell drug or allow drug to be sold in pilot project area unless manufacturer operates pharmaceutical take-back program approved by DOH; provides requirements for such programs; provides requirements for submission of such plan & its approval by DOH; requires retail pharmacies to post sign to inform consumers of availability of pharmaceutical take-back programs, etc.
