Pharmacy Services [SPSC]; Creates the Pharmacy and Therapeutic Advisory Council within the Executive Office of the Governor. Provides duties of the council. Provides for the appointment and qualification of members. Provides for the use of subject-matter experts when necessary. Provides requirements for voting and a quorum. Provides for quarterly meetings of the council, etc.
