Farm to Fork Food Safety Act [EPSC]; Transfers and reassigns duties and functions, records, personnel property, and unexpended balances of appropriations and other resources relating to food service protection from the DOH to the DOACS. Transfers and reassigns duties and functions, records, personnel, property, and unexpended balances of appropriations and other resources relating to food service establishments from the Div. of Hotels and Restaurants of the DBPR to the DOACS, etc.
