Court Costs; Expands list of provisions of law for which court is required to impose additional court cost for specified pleadings or findings relating to offenses against minors & other specified offenses; increases amount of court cost; allocates specified portions of court cost; requires clerk of court to cause copy of specified court orders imposing specified costs to be recorded, etc.
