SB 2310: Premarital Preparation [SPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Storms ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baker
Premarital Preparation [SPSC]; Provides for an additional marriage license fee and distribution of proceeds. Provides for refund of this additional fee for completion of a premarital preparation course. Conforms a provision to changes made by this act. Increases the minimum number of hours of a premarital preparation course. Specifies that the use of a premarital inventory may be a part of such a course. Defines the term "premarital inventory."
