Corporate Income Tax Credits/Small Business Corps. [CPSC]; Requires the DOR to establish a corporate income tax credit program for certain small businesses. Requires the DOR to provide tax credit applications on its website. Provides criteria and requirements for and limitations on the tax credit. Authorizes not-for-profit small business corporations to auction eligible tax credits to certain entities. Requires the DOR to develop a plan to auction tax credits, etc.
