Entertainment Industry Economic Development [CPSC]; Revises the entertainment industry financial incentive program to provide corporate income tax and sales and use tax credits to qualified entertainment entities rather than reimbursements from appropriations. Revises provisions relating to definitions, creation and scope, application procedures, approval process, eligibility, required documents, qualified and certified productions, and annual reports, etc.
