GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Transportation ; Gardiner

Transportation [CPSC]; Amends specified provision relating to transportation concurrency. Exempts hangars for the assembly or manufacture of aircraft from such requirements. Clarifies provisions related to required child restraint devices. Clarifies imposition of financial liability and liability on entities renting or leasing motor vehicles. Amends provision relating to Small County Outreach Program, etc.
