GENERAL BILL by Commerce ; Altman

Sales Tax/Fractional Aircraft Ownership Program [CPSC]; Defines the term "fractional aircraft ownership program." Provides tax exemptions on the sale or use of aircraft primarily used in a fractional aircraft ownership program and for the parts and labor used in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of such aircraft. Provides a maximum tax on the sale or use of fractional aircraft ownership interests.
