Medicaid Prescribed Drugs/Purchasing [SPSC]; Requires providers of Medicaid prescribed drugs to give purchasing preference to drugs manufactured or repackaged at certain facilities. Defines the term "qualifying facility." Provides for the Department of Health's recognition of a qualifying facility. Requires the department to adopt procedures and criteria for the recognition of a qualifying facility.
