SB 1166: Community Residential Homes [EPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Altman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Storms ; Bennett

Community Residential Homes [EPSC]; Prohibits certain rules adopted by the APD from restricting the number of facilities designated as community residential homes located within a planned residential community. Authorizes the agency to issue a license as a comprehensive transitional education program to serve children who have severe behavioral conditions. Defines the term "planned residential community," etc.
