GENERAL BILL by Oelrich ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano

Motor Vehicles/Soundmaking Devices [CPSC]; Revises penalties for unlawful operation of a soundmaking device in a motor vehicle. Provides that such operation is a moving violation, which includes the assessment of points against the driver's license. Provides increased penalties for repeat violations within a certain time period.
