GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Sobel ; Constantine ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

Wildlife Regulation [EPSC]; (THIS BILL COMBINES S318 & CS/S572) Prohibits the import or release of nonnative animals in this state unless authorized by the FWC. Requires that any person or entity wishing to keep wildlife in captivity or sell specified species of wildlife obtain a permit from the FWC. Requires that the FWC annually evaluate the placement of additional species on the list of reptiles of concern beginning by a specified date, etc.
