SB 832: State Fire Marshal [CPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Justice

State Fire Marshal [CPSC]; Requires application of uniform firesafety standards to state universities. Provides authority and requirements for completion of plans for and inspection of manufactured buildings at the point of manufacture under certain circumstances. Requires the State Fire Marshal to establish a Fire Code Interpretation Committee for certain purposes. Revises requirements and procedures for inspections of buildings and equipment, etc.
