Enforcement of Immigration Laws; Designates act "Florida Security and Immigration Compliance Act"; prohibits agencies from entering into contract for services with contractors not registered & participating in federal work authorization program by specified date; provides for enforcement; provides schedule for phased compliance; requires Chief of Domestic Security to negotiate terms of memorandum of understanding between state & certain Federal Government entities concerning specified matters related to immigration, etc.
