GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Committee ; Hudson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell

Assisted Living Facilities; (THIS BILL COMBINES H4045, H4047, H4049, H4051, & H4053) Removes requirement that AHCA disseminate annually printed list of assisted living facilities sanctioned or fined to specified agencies & departments; removes certain liability claims reporting requirements for assisted living facilities; removes provision requiring DEA to submit to Legislature for review & comment copy of proposed department rules establishing standards for resident care, etc.

Effective Date: 7/1/2011
