Costs of Prosecution, Investigation, and Representation; Provides for withholding of unpaid costs of prosecution & representation from return of cash bond posted on behalf of criminal defendant; requires notice on bond forms of such possible withholding; clarifies types of cases that are subject to collection & dispensing of cost payments by clerk of court; provides for assessment of costs of prosecution against juvenile who has been adjudicated delinquent or has adjudication of delinquency withheld.
