Identification of High Concern and Priority Chemicals; Creates "Toxic Free Kids Act"; requires DOH to generate list of chemicals of high concern; authorizes department to designate certain chemicals of high concern as priority chemicals; provides requirements for review, revision, & publication of list; authorizes department to apply for & accept funds, grants, gifts, or services; authorizes state to cooperate with other states in interstate chemicals clearinghouse regarding chemicals in consumer products.
