Core Court System Clearing Trust Fund/Chief Financial Officer; Creating the Core Court System Clearing Trust Fund to be administered by the Chief Financial Officer as a clearing trust fund that is not subject to termination pursuant to s. 19(f), Art. III of the State Constitution, etc.
Effective Date: July 1, 2012, if SB___ or similar legislation is adopted in the same legislative session, or extension thereof, and becomes law. Three-fifths vote of the membership of each house of the Legislature required
