Law Enforcement Lethal Use of Force Commission; Provides for membership of commission; specifies membership requirements; requires law enforcement agencies to report use-of-force incidents resulting in fatalities to commission; requires state attorneys & other prosecuting entities to notify commission of inquiries into use-of-force fatalities & upon determining not to pursue charges; requires commission to review lethal use-of-force incidents; authorizes commission to refer incidents to AG for consideration of prosecution; authorizes commission to subpoena documents & witnesses; authorizes AG to bring criminal charges; prohibits actions of commission that could constitute double jeopardy.
