GENERAL BILL by Judiciary Committee ; Business and Professions Subcommittee ; Civil Justice Subcommittee ; Fitzenhagen

Community Associations; Authorizes electronic transmission of notices of certain meetings of condominium, cooperative, or homeowners' association irrespective of whether authorized by association's bylaws; authorizes condominium, cooperative, & homeowners' associations to conduct votes of membership by online voting under certain conditions; provides that member voting electronically is counted toward determination of quorum; provides applicability.
