GENERAL BILL by Insurance and Banking Subcommittee ; Health Innovation Subcommittee ; Plakon

Employee Health Care Plans; Removes provisions requiring certain insurance carriers to provide semiannual reports to OIR; repeals requirements that certain insurance carriers must offer standard, basic, high deductible, & limited health benefit plans; removes requirement that CFO appoint health benefit plan committee to review such plans; removes provisions regarding minimum requirements for such plans; authorizes certain health benefit plans to use stop-loss insurance policy; makes conforming changes.
