Public Records/Records Concerning Firearms Relinquished Pursuant to Protective Injunctions; Exempting records containing identifying information of the respondent, petitioner, or recipient of firearms relinquished pursuant to provisions relating to injunctions against domestic violence, stalking, or cyberstalking; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemptions; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.

Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1410 or similar legislation relating to relinquishing firearms pursuant to a domestic violence, stalking, or cyberstalking injunction takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
