Victims of Reform School Abuse; Provides for certification of certain persons as victims of Florida reform school abuse; requires application to DOS by certain date; provides application requirements; provides for examination, correction, processing, & review of application within certain timeframes; prohibits DOS from denying application for specified reasons; requires DOS to notify applicant of determination within certain timeframe; requires DOS to certify applicant as victim of Florida reform school abuse if application meets requirements; requires DOS to submit list of all certified victims to Legislature.
