Management and Safety of Condominium and Cooperative Buildings; Revises practice standards for community association managers & management firms; revises provisions relating to milestone inspections; authorizes municipalities to adopt certain ordinances; removes certain review & report by Florida Building Commission; revises requirements for purchase of flood insurance for certain policies; revises provisions relating to structural integrity reserve study; revises requirements for alternative dispute resolution, presuit mediation, & civil actions. APPROPRIATION: $1,369,121
