GENERAL BILL by Rules ; Commerce and Tourism ; Transportation ; Avila ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Garcia

Motor Vehicle Sales; Prohibiting an applicant or a licensee from certain actions in the allocation or distribution of motor vehicles to franchised motor vehicle dealers; prohibiting applicants and licensees from engaging in certain activities; revising provisions prohibiting specified entities from owning, operating, or controlling a motor vehicle dealership in this state; requiring the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to conduct an inquiry relating to certain written complaints, etc.
