Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Education for Athletic Coaches; Requiring independent sanctioning authorities and the Florida High School Athletic Association, respectively, to adopt guidelines to educate certain persons on first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation procedures; requiring athletic coaches to hold a current certificate of successful completion of a course in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, etc.
