Wireless Services Provider Automatic Location Identification Information; Requires wireless services provider to provide automatic location identification information of certain cellular telephones through emergency number created by provider; requires calls to such number to be answered by live representative; specifies format of receipt of such information; authorizes certain persons to confidentially request temporary suspension on person's ability to access automatic location identification information; authorizes provider to charge specified fee.
