SB 2030: Noncriminal Traffic Infractions

GENERAL BILL by Wise

Noncriminal Traffic Infractions; provides that persons required to appear before designated official for infractions that resulted in crash that caused serious bodily injury of another may receive specified fine or license suspension, or both, rather than requiring that such persons receive both. Amends 318.14.
