SB 2028: Public Pension Funds/Management

GENERAL BILL by Wise

Public Pension Funds/Management; redefines term "firefighter"; revises provisions governing investments of assets of firefighters' pension trust fund; directs board to establish, consistent with specified requirements, maximum age to enter pension fund notwithstanding any other law; revises provisions governing investments of assets of municipal police officers' retirement trust fund; provides for severability, etc. Amends Chs. 175, 185.
