CS/SB 2016: Environmental Permitting [EPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Bennett

Environmental Permitting [EPSC]; Requires the DEP to pursue the issuance of a state programmatic permit or regional general permits from the United States Army Corps of Engineers. Delays the effective date of a rule adding slash pine and gallberry to the list of facultative plants. Requires that a permit for the use of water for cultivating agricultural products & renewable energy be granted for a specified number of years if certain conditions are met, etc.
